Mukti’s voice is the story of her life: A 2017 Voice Arts Award Winner (SOVAS) & 2021 NYC Big Book Award for 2 non-fiction Audiobooks, her wide range is the sum of her years of vocal studies, studio and live performance experience, directing talents for a wide array of projects & traveling around the world acquiring a knack for accents.

A McGill University graduate in Opera, Mukti brings her talent, love and knowledge of the voice to her work as a bilingual voice over artist & vocalist in Los Angeles & New York. Mukti produces professional recordings at her home studio for clients in Canada, the USA and internationally as well as records in several studios in Los Angeles.

From French Canadian, French Euro, English and a slew of accents, from commercial, e-learning, overdub, audio description, animation, children’s books & toys, Mukti’s wide range is the sum of her years of vocal studies, her studio and live performance experience, ongoing refinement with Los Angeles voice over coaches and directors.

 

As a bilingual voice over artist, Mukti also appears as Frankie Bennett when working with English language only projects. Two names, two languages, one awesome talent.

 

Mukti also acts as a Dialect supervisor & director for French Canadian and English voice over directing talents for a successful delivery and recording. She has worked in several Los Angeles studios as director & dialect supervisor for commercials, video games & eLearning projects. Her most recent project was for Apple and for companies such as Persil, Bose, Clairol, Skype, Sherwin Williams, Starbucks, the video game “Destiny the Game”, Victoria's Secret, Caterpillar, Daikin to name a few.

Voice ARTS Award

On November 5th 2017, Mukti Garceau won the Voice Arts® Awards for Outstanding Local Commercial,TV or Web category for her Cirque du Soleil spot “La Nouba”. The Voice Arts® Awards are similar to the Oscars, Emmys & Tonys.  The purpose of the Voice Arts® Awards is to provide an international acknowledgement of the extraordinary skill and artistry that goes into voiceover acting and to hold up an evolving best-in-class standard of achievement to which the voiceover industry can continually aspire. Lily Tomlin & Ken Burns were also honored that evening and what a night it was! Bravo Mukti!
